I went on a 3 hour hike at Taylor Head in Nova Scotia today. Beautiful. Some photos:
Loved this next one. Shows the power of nature. The boardwalk was completely torn up and twisted and moved about 10 meters.

Appreciated your comments on my blog re: Palin. I was nervous, but felt it was worth it.
I noticed you live in Guelph...if I'm not mistaken, I was there, it's the home of an Octagon of some sort, no?
I'll read your blog more in depth...and no, pictures and stories that show your appreciation for life are not shallow.
